1. Returns

Due to the nature of our services, which include web design, custom development, and digital products, we do not offer a standard return policy for services once they have been initiated or completed. However, we want to ensure that our clients are satisfied with their investment.

If you are unsatisfied with any part of your project, please contact us within 7 days of the service delivery date, and we will work with you to address your concerns. We are committed to making reasonable adjustments and ensuring you are happy with the final result.

2. Refunds

Refunds are generally not issued for services rendered unless agreed upon in writing in the event of a major issue or unsatisfactory outcome that cannot be resolved. However, we understand that issues can arise, and we encourage clients to communicate any concerns as soon as possible.

Conditions for Refunds:

  • Refunds may only be considered if you are unsatisfied with the final design after we’ve made multiple revision attempts.
  • If we are unable to fulfill the scope of the project due to circumstances on our end, a partial or full refund may be issued.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel a project or service at any time before work begins. If you decide to cancel a project after work has commenced, the following will apply:

  • If the project has already begun, you will be billed for the work completed up to the point of cancellation.
  • The cancellation fee will be outlined in your project contract.

4. Service Adjustments

If you require modifications or adjustments after the project has been completed, we offer additional services at an hourly rate, which will be specified in your project agreement.
